My journey started with a question: what if healing could feel simple, natural, and kind?

Like many women today, I found myself stuck in the cycle of stress, anxiety, burnout, painful periods, hormonal imbalance, and feeling disconnected from my body. When I asked for help, I was offered quick fixes - but deep down, I knew I wanted something more sustainable. I wanted to understand the root cause and support my body naturally.

So I started researching women’s hormone health and nutrition. That journey brought me back to my roots - growing up in Sweden, surrounded by forests, nature, and a deep appreciation for natural remedies. I left my finance job and started healing myself naturally with herbal teas and a different lifestyle. I slowed down, listened to my body and connected with my menstrual cycle.

And that’s when CYCLE SIP was born. I wanted to share with other women the herbal blends that I had created for my own healing journey. I built this company for all the women out there who are learning to slow down, trust their body, and reconnect with themselves.

Environmentally friendly packaging

We place great importance on being environmentally friendly. That's why we use resealable organic paper bags, which are made from renewable raw materials and certified by TÜV Austria. No aluminum here!

Instead, we use FSC-certified paper with a PLA coating made from renewable resources like sugarcane or cornstarch.

All our packaging is produced in Europe to keep transport routes short and reduce CO₂ emissions. Every small step counts!
